Event Costs & Registration Deadline
Attendance at the event is free and open to anybody - however you must register so we can ensure logistical support for everybody. Only those registered on or before the registration deadline can be guaranteed places.

This section is optional. For the event itself we intend to produce an informal brochure listing the attendees (contact points) and organisations represented. Notes

The "Activity Type" field uses the EU 6th Framework's classification system. The different categories mean the following (from 6th Framework documentation):
- RES: Research (i.e. organizations only or mainly established for research purposes);
- HES: Higher Education (i.e. organization only or mainly established for education/training, e.g. universities, colleges);
- IND: Industry (i.e. industrial organizations private and public, both manufacturing and industrial services - such as industrial software, design, control, repair, maintenance);
- OTH: Others.
